Our goal is to offer the best, fastest, and safest shipping, no matter where our customers live in the world. As such, our default shipping courier is EUB (EMS standard shipping) or DHL.

If you have a shipping preference, please contact us in advance and we will inform you on the final shipping cost of your order based on your courier of choice.

PROCESSING: For order processing, please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be fulfilled. Orders are typically dispatched from our teahouse within 3 business days.

SHIPPING: We ship worldwide at a flat rate of $30 for DHL courier. Packages may take up to 3-7 business days via DHL to be delivered. Customers receive free shipping for orders over $150.

CUSTOM FEES AND DELAYS: Package may be delayed due to customs. We are not responsible for any delays once an order has been dispatched. Additionally, any charges applied after shipment of an order are the sole responsibility of the customer.
